This tasty quick and easy berry smoothie is an easy way to meet your daily servings of fruit and vegetables. This is a great breakfast smoothie or an anytime treat for the kids. Fresh or frozen berries can be used with this smoothie recipe.

Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons orange juice concentrate
- 3 tablespoons fat-free half-and-half
- 12 ice cubes
- 1 cup fresh (hulled) or frozen strawberries
- 1 medium ripe banana, cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients into a blender, cover and process for 30-45 seconds or until smooth. Stir if necessary.
- Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately.
