This refreshing Chinese Chicken Salad has such a welcome, satisfying blend of textures paired with well rounded flavor. The dressing has a crave-able rich peanut flavor, the veggies offer the salad so much freshness and a great crunch, and the chicken makes it hearty and filling.
It's fairly easy to make since it includes a shortcut of store-bought, pre-cooked rotisserie chicken. This also makes it a no cooking required dinner salad recipe.
There's just bit of measuring, chopping and tossing. And if you happen to have someone to help one of you can prep the salad while the other person makes the dressing.
It's a nutritious, all in one salad that's great for serving as a main dish entree for lunch or dinner. You'll love all the deliciousness in every bite!

]]>Since I was probably 10 years old Puppy Chow, or what we call Muddy Buddies, have been one of my favorite treats and of course they were one of the very first things I learned how to make.
They're a regular thing around here (I make them probably once a month), and I love taking them on trips and bringing them to parties. My whole family is obsessed with these! They're also great for Christmas gifting to those without allergies.
They are unbelievably easy to make and hard to mess up. No mixer required, and no oven or stovetop needed. All you need is a microwave and a few basic kitchen tools (bowl, measuring cups, spatula), and about 10 minutes of your time or less to prepare them.
So what's my tip for the best puppy chow?? Milk chocolate chips. I mean think about it, do Reese's peanut butter cups taste good with dark chocolate? No. Peanut butter and milk chocolate were made go together, otherwise dark chocolate overpowers and drowns out the flavor of the peanut butter.
If you insist you can use half semi-sweet chocolate chips and half milk chocolate chips but I don't recommend all semi-sweet chocolate chips or it's just too much if you ask me. I've tasted both and hands down milk chocolate wins no question. Try it and you will see what I mean!
These are one of my favorite all time favorite childhood treats. My mom and everyone else I know always made them. They're just one of those old fashioned classics!
They are perfect for parties because they make a full cookie sheet, and adults and children alike absolutely love them.
I mean, who doesn’t love the chocolate and peanut butter combo, and who doesn’t love cookie bars and frosting?
I made them yesterday and it’s one of those things where I kept going back and cutting off a thin slice, then another, then another and then I woke up for breakfast at it was the first thing I just had to have a taste of.
They really are one of the most tempting desserts you’ll ever make! Try them and you’ll see what I mean.

]]>These easy homemade cookies are soft and chewy, packed with peanut butter flavor, and they're super delicious dunked in milk!
The flavor of a peanut butter cookie is just hard to beat. They're perfectly sweet and buttery rich, and they're sure to satisfy that peanut butter craving. And who doesn't love that traditional fork-pressed crisscross pattern? I love how it sets these PB cookies apart from others.
Plus, it makes these fun cookies for the kids to help make! My kids love doing the rolling and pressing with forks to make the perfect pattern.
It's the weekend so that's always a good excuse to get baking, especially when your end result is this good! Sure it's easy to give in to the temptation to just grab a peanut butter cookie at the bakery or mall but you can probably have these cookies ready as fast as that outing would take.
You'll have extra for sharing with friends or coworkers and they'll love you for it.
